Job Description

  • Opening and closing facility.

  • Greet and check-in customers

  • Handling cash transactions

  • Assist in training and development of employees.

  • Support events team in hosting parties, special events and groups.

  • Conduct routine safety inspections and maintenance on facility equipment.

  • Handle incoming calls.

  • Maintaining cleanliness of facility and ensuring that supplies are stocked.

  • Rotates in monitoring on trampoline courts. 

  • Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching and standing.

  • Candidate must be available to work weekends.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma required.

  • Previous retail and management experience preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
