During the lockdown our team put together an alternative for those with health and safety concerns. Monday through Thursday families, friends, schools, and organizations are invited to visit the park for our private jump experience. A designated host will check-in your group and assist you throughout your experience. All main attractions, and high-touch points are sanitized before and after every visit. This is done to ensure every group can get out the house and play safely.
The initial shutdown came as a shock to all of Hawai’i. iTrampoline Hawaii spent that time brainstorming options for the local community to follow safety protocols and have fun. Through the combined efforts of our staff, the Play It Safe campaign was launched. Reservations were taken by contacting the park via phone or email. Then, a team member would be scheduled to open the park for families to #PlayLoud. Homeschool groups, summer funs, private schools, neighbors, and families have been able to make reservations and enjoy the various park attractions.
Our community has done an outstanding job at prioritizing social distancing, careful sanitation, and proper contact tracing. The Play It Safe experience was built with each of those ideas as the priority. By offering guests a chance to select who will be in attendance; they’re able to maintain a contact list. The designated host for each reservation is either fully vaccinated or getting tested routinely. Our corporate office also has tests available on-site for employees who are at high-exposure risk. The 32,000 sq./ft. facility has a large-scale ventilations system to prevent particles from accumulating in the air. As well as the various sanitation stations located around the park; equipped hand-sanitizer, and cleaning supplies.
The Play It Safe experience can be booked over the phone at (808)380-4080 or via email info@itrampolinehawaii.com. A deposit is required to hold the reservation, which can be paid over the phone. A list of booking options can be found at www.iTrampolineHawaii.com/prices.
Mahalo to everyone who supported iTrampoline Hawaii through the lockdown.
