Job Description
-
Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

Assist with Park administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
-
Administer Park policies and procedures for safety on the courts and throughout the facility.
-
Assist Park Manager with administrative and operational duties related to the upkeep of the Park (i.e. inventory, daily reports, till reports and maintenance.
-
Oversee Park team members in implementing policies and procedures.
-
Assist the team in meeting sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to Corporate staff
-
Maintain outstanding Park conditions.

Conduct routine safety inspections and maintenance on facility equipment.
-
Manage supervisors, court monitors, check in attendants, and party hosts to reach daily operational goals.

Assist in preparing personnel performance appraisals to assess training and staffing needs.

Minimum Requirements
-
Must be organized and attentive to detail.
-
Retail and management experience.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong administrative and customer service skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
-
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
