Job Description​

  • Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Assist with Park administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Administer Park policies and procedures for safety on the courts and throughout the facility.

  • Assist Park Manager with administrative and operational duties related to the upkeep of the Park (i.e. inventory, daily reports, till reports and maintenance.

  • Oversee Park team members in implementing policies and procedures.

  • Assist the team in meeting sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to Corporate staff

  • Maintain outstanding Park conditions.

  • Conduct routine safety inspections and maintenance on facility equipment.

  • Manage supervisors, court monitors, check in attendants, and party hosts to reach daily operational goals.

  • Assist in preparing personnel performance appraisals to assess training and staffing needs.

  • Be an example of professional behavior and high performance


Minimum Requirements

  • Must be organized and attentive to detail.

  • Retail and management experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
