Our team has reinforced our cleaning procedures including but not limited to:

  • Court capacity has been limited to 75 jumpers per hour.

  • Increasing the number of sanitizers throughout the park.

  • All team members will be required to wear either a mask or face shield.

  • Our cashiers will no longer attach wristbands for customers.

  • Reduced building capacity and increasing social distancing for party areas, general seating, and main attractions.

  • New health and safety training courses will be completed by all team members prior to opening.

  • New safety videos will include sanitization recommendations and policies that will play on repeat throughout the day.

  • Drinking fountains will be for refilling water bottles only; not to drink from.  Bottled water will be available for purchase at the front desk and vending machines.
