PARTY PLANNING REMINDERS
Complete Waivers
Make sure that all guests of the party planning to jump have a completed waiver. Check-in typically takes 10 minutes, for those with a complete guest list.
Submit Your Guest List
Email a list with the first & last name of each jumper you are expecting at your party to events@itrampolinehawaii.com so our events team can notify you of who still needs a valid waiver & to speed up your check-in time!
Early/Late Arrivals
Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (30 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties. Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to guarantee additional jump time or reserved party area time.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your party by calling our Event Team at (808) 380-4706.
Outside Food and/or Drink
Guests are welcome to bring food into the park. We do not allow any outside drinks or coolers. Party reservations will have access to electric coolers provided by iTrampoline Hawaii.
Decorations
Decorations are allowed, but limited to the assigned party table(s). We have a selection of table cover colors to choose from. Paper goods provided by iTrampoline are standard white in color.
PARTY SCHEDULE
Confirmation Call
A representative from our Events Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, more drinks, and party favors for your guests.
Early Arrival
It's recommended everyone arrive 30 minutes prior to jump time for check-in. When you arrive at iTrampoline Hawaii, your party host will lead you to the party area!
Check-In
Guests will receive grip socks and wristbands to put on.
Jump Time
When it’s time to jump, your Party Host will review safety reminders before leading Party Guests to the courts and attractions. Please note you are welcome to hang out in the party area.
End of Jump Time
When jump time is over, your Party Host will call the party to the seating area to celebrate the Guest of Honor!
Cancellations made 48 hours outside of initial reservation are non-refundable.
