Grip socks are not included and are required to jump.  They can be purchased for $3.50 a pair or groups can bring their own.



 A team member will contact you to schedule your group event.  Filling out this form does not guarantee a reservation.  The reservation is not secured until at 50% deposit has been made.

Confirmation Call

A representative from our Events Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, arcade cards, and grip socks.   


Early Arrival

It's recommended your group arrive 30 minutes prior to jump time for check-in. When you arrive at iTrampoline Hawaii, a team member will lead you to the party area!



Guests will receive grip socks and wristbands to put on.  The final balance must be paid in order for jumpers to enter the trampolines.


Jump Time

When it’s time to jump, a team member will review safety reminders before leading your group to the courts and attractions.


End of Jump Time

When jump time is over, please guide your group back to the seating area. Please note the seating area is included in the reservation.  Your group is welcome to use it for lunch time or other activities.


Submit Your Group Roster

Email a list with the first & last name of each jumper you are expecting at your party to so our events team can notify you of who still needs a valid waiver & to speed up your check-in time!  Waivers are valid for up to one year.


Complete Waivers

Make sure that all jumpers have a completed waiver.  Check-in typically takes 15 minutes, for groups with a complete guest list.

DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required in order to hold the appointment.  The remaining balance must be paid before guests can enter the trampoline courts

PAYMENT: Credit or debit cards preferred due to COVID-19. If paying with a check please address to Pacific Amusement Services dba iTrampoline Hawaii.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be done at least 7 days before the event in order to receive a refund. Deposits will NOT be refunded.

LATE POLICY: If you arrive late, the manager on duty will inform you if your reservation time can be extended.

WEIGHT LIMIT:  The manufacturer recommend weight limit is 300lb.

GUEST LIMIT:  Our seating area can host 150 guests.  The trampoline courts hold up to 75 jumpers at one time.  Reservations that exceed capacity will be broken up into groups.

FOOD AND DRINKS: Outside food is allowed.  However, outside drinks and coolers are not permitted.  Group reservations will be able to order drinks through iTrampoline. 

DECORATIONS: Decorations are allowed, but limited to the assigned party table(s). We have a selection of table cover colors to choose from. Paper goods provided by iTrampoline are standard white in color

NON-JUMPERS: There is no admission fee for non-jumpers unless the number of total guests is more than 3x the number of guests jumping.

WAIVERS: All jumpers must have a signed waiver form on file. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s signature on the waiver form. Waivers are valid for one year from the date of completion.

JUMP SOCKS: All jumpers are required to wear grip socks. These socks may be brought from home or purchased for $3.50 including tax at the facility.
