Job Description​

  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.

  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Complete Park administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Maintain outstanding store/park conditions. 

  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.

  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.

  • Assist in developing business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand park traffic, and optimize profitability.

  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.

  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.).


Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma required.  College helpful.

  • Retail and management experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
