Job Description

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

Complete Park administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Maintain outstanding store/park conditions.
-
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
-
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.

Assist in developing business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand park traffic, and optimize profitability.

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.).
Minimum Requirements
-
High school diploma required. College helpful.

Retail and management experience.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong administrative and customer service skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
-
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
