Stay Focus During the Holiday's

The 2023 Holiday Season is officially in full swing. We’ve finished all our turkey dinner leftovers and are patiently waiting for Santa to leave presents under our Christmas tree. Parents, the holiday break can get overwhelming working while the kids are home full time. We asked around for tips to approach this holiday season and finish the year strong.

Behind all the glitz and glamor of the holiday season, the most important part is bringing everyone together and sharing love with your family. Family dinners are a big theme around the holidays. The best way to knock out this task is to start meal prepping at least one week in advance. By stocking supplies and practicing recipes early your brain will feel extra prepared for the kitchen battle when the day comes. It’s also a great way to track that you’re getting the necessary nutrients, eating clean foods, and not overload your calorie intake.

Along with meal prepping, there is a level of fitness that can be difficult to maintain, especially during this time of year. Going for walks or jogs is a great way to kill two birds with one stone as you get your exercise in and spend quality time doing family activities. 10,000 steps a day is a good milestone to reach for. It will speed up your metabolism and burn the high saturated fat you’ll be tasting all of December. Another great two for one is to bring the WHOLE family down to iTrampoline Hawaii for exercise that still feels fun!

Since we’re promoting keeping good health for the holidays we wanted to build you a list of essentials that everyone needs this holiday season.

1. Daily Vitamins

It can get cold outside (yes even in Hawaii). As the weather fluctuates while we move through the rainy season you want to give your body the nutrients it needs to fight off sickness.

2. Aloha

You never know what someone is going through, especially during these times and it doesn’t cost anything to throw a smile and shaka.

Enjoy your holidays and see you at our doors soon!
