Job Description​

  • Oversee all day to day operations or the park during open and closed hours.

  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to corporate staff.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Maintain outstanding store/park conditions.

  • Conduct routine safety inspections and maintenance on facility equipment.

  • Manage leads, court monitors, check-in attendants, and party hosts to reach daily operational goals.

  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training and staffing needs.

  • Assist park manager with administrative and operational duties.


Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma required.

  • Previous retail and management experience preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
