How to Build a Party Package

So you’re planning a birthday party. Do your Keiki ask for unicorns, their own spaceship, or a vague idea of what they want to do like eat candy? Don’t worry about missing a single detail of the party. iTrampoline’s events team has listed steps to planning the perfect celebration.

Choose a Theme

While not all parties have to have a theme, it’s helpful to think of one to make the party unique. You can start with your keiki’s favorite tv show, movie, animal, or toy. Keep in mind some themes are easier to find matching goodies than others. This is a great opportunity to get creative and involve the whole family.

Here are some suggestions to help you get started:

  • Fortnite

  • Minecraft

  • Pokemon

  • Among Us

  • Bubble Guppies

  • PAW Patrol

  • Doc McStuffins

  • Superheros

  • Sports

Create a Guest List

The next step is to decide who you're inviting and send out invitations. This may one of the more difficult parts. The best way to start is by deciding on how many children fit into the budget. Then start with close family and friends. Since iTrampoline doesn’t include guests that aren’t jumping in the price you can include guests that want to be around for the festivities.

Things to consider when making the guest list:

  • How big or small do you prefer?

  • Will the party be for your kids’ friends or just family? Are kids' parents able to attend?

Party Packages:

  • Nano packages includes 10 total guests max.

  • Mega packages include 20 total guests max.

  • Ultimate package allows for 30+ guests

Types of Invitations

  1. E-Invites: Our events team will send you all the info you need to include in your invitation. Since children under 18 need their parent or legal guardian to fill out the waiver form; sending an email or text message invitation with the link attached may simplify the process.

  2. Printed Invitations: For major milestones, family members may want to keep the invitation for their memories. Especially if you add pictures of the birthday celebrant. Custom-made invitations can also follow the color and theme of the party.

Select a Party Package

Now that you know how many guests you’re inviting you can pick from our list of party packages. All of our packages include jump passes for all the trampoline attractions. You have the option of adding arcade cards, laser tag, decorations, or drinks. Keep in mind outside drinks are not allowed in the park so add as many drink options as you think you’ll need.

Remember iTrampoline provides decorations with most of our packages. If you’re hoping to just show up and celebrate the plus packages are perfect for you. All you have to do is let our team know what the theme is. For a more creative party moms' and dads' DIY centerpieces, banners, and other decorations certainly add flare to your space rental.

Order Food

Before deciding on your food for the party, it’s important to ask yourself these questions:

  • Do any of the guests have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

  • What time should the food be ordered or prepared?

  • What dessert option am I going to bring?

If you’re unsure about the first question then include that on your invitation. When parents RSVP it will give you a good starting point for the easiest food options to bring. Take a look at some bento vendors for grab n go convenience. Order pizza to satisfy all the picky eaters. Or cook your family’s favorite dishes. While you brainstorm check out or recommended vendors at the bottom of the parties page.

Party Reminders

A representative from our Events Team will give you a call the week of your event to review the final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, more drinks, and party favors for your guests now that all the RSVPs are in. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to jump time for check-in. Guests should aim for 15 minutes before jump time. When you arrive at iTrampoline Hawaii, your party host will lead you to the party area!

When it’s time to jump, your Party Host will review safety reminders before leading Party Guests to the courts and attractions. Keep in mind you are welcome to hang out in the party area. Once your jump time is complete, your Party Host will call the party to the seating area to celebrate the Guest of Honor!
